Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Specialist at Wizikey, your role involves entering and updating data accurately into Excel spreadsheets and internal databases. You will be responsible for performing data cleaning tasks, such as identifying and correcting errors, removing duplicates, and standardizing data formats. It will be essential to verify and validate data to ensure high accuracy and reliability, maintain organized records, and ensure data integrity across systems. Additionally, you will assist in generating reports and summaries from cleaned datasets and collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes while adhering to data confidentiality and company policies. Qualifications for this role include being based in Gurgaon, Haryana, and holding a Bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline (freshers are encouraged to apply). You should have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data sorting, and filtering, along with a basic understanding of data cleaning techniques and attention to detail. A strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30-40 WPM), good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team are also required. You should demonstrate the ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and precision. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with Google Sheets or other data management tools, basic knowledge of data validation and error-checking methods, and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
