Data Entry Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our infrastructure projects by managing accurate data input and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining project documentation, updating databases, and ensuring timely and accurate entry of project-related information, including material logs, daily progress reports, and site records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data related to project activities, materials, labor, and equipment usage.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records, logs, and documentation.
• Assist the project team by preparing reports, spreadsheets, and summaries based on collected data.
• Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to gather daily reports and documentation.
• Ensure data integrity and verify the accuracy of information before entry.
• Manage electronic and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Adhere to company data privacy and confidentiality policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role (preferably in construction or infrastructure sector).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and familiarity with database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good typing speed and data processing skills.
• Basic understanding of construction terminology and documentation is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
