Job Title: Data Entry Operator – Visa DepartmentDepartment: Visa / Immigration ServicesLocation: Ahmedabad, ThaltejReports To: Visa Consultant / Operations ManagerJob Summary:The Data Entry Operator (Visa Department) is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining visa application data in the company’s systems. The role involves handling confidential client information, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating with the visa team to support the smooth processing of visa applications.Key Responsibilities: Enter and update client details, visa application data, and document information in internal systems and government portals (e.g., VFS, embassy portals).Verify accuracy of data before submission and ensure all mandatory fields are completed.Scan, upload, and organize visa-related documents in digital folders as per company protocols.Coordinate with visa consultants to ensure timely submission of applications.Track and maintain visa application status updates in the database.Assist in preparing application forms, cover letters, and supporting documents when required.Generate daily/weekly reports on visa entries and application statuses.Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration guidelines.Perform other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.0-6 months of experience in data entry (preferably in visa/travel industry).Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.Experience with visa platforms such as VFS, GDRFA, or embassy portals (preferred).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Work Environment:Office-based role with standard working hours.May require coordination with different departments or clients via email/phone.Interested candidates can share their cvhrplutotravels@gmail.com
