Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Data Entry Operator Location: [Gurgaon/Gurugram] Department: [Data entry] Reporting to: [Manager / Team Leader] ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. The role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality also we need person who is good in doing email and whatsapp . ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Enter and update data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets. • Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain and manage records of company activities, transactions, and other documents. • Retrieve and provide data for management and team requirements when requested. • Prepare and organize source data for entry by compiling and sorting information. • Ensure data security and confidentiality. • Generate reports and perform data quality checks on a regular basis. • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. ⸻ Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in data entry or related clerical work. • Excellent typing speed and accuracy. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data management software. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Good communication skills (written and verbal). • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ⸻ Key Skills: • Data entry & data management • Typing speed and accuracy • Attention to detail • MS Office proficiency • Time management • Problem-solving attitude
