Role Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate data across internal systems. The role involves entering, verifying, and updating information with precision and speed, supporting key operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets, ERP systems, and internal databases.
· Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
· Generate and format basic reports as required.
· Coordinate with departments for data collection and clarification.
· Perform regular backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
· Typing speed of 35–45 WPM with high accuracy.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
· Familiarity with data entry software or ERP systems is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
