Data Entry Operator

Overview

We are looking for a sharp and logical individual to support our clients on day-to-day ERP and business process activities. This role will be based at client premises and involves guiding data entry operators, ensuring smooth data flow, and escalating issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide data entry operators in using ERP systems correctly.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and adherence to business process rules.
• Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions or issues.
• Identify recurring mistakes and help operators understand the logic behind processes.
• Escalate complex technical issues to our IT consultancy team.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries using Excel.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of

  MS Excel

  (basic formulas, pivots, reports).
• Logical thinker with the ability to explain steps clearly to others.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in data operations, ERP support, or business process roles (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
• Comfortable working on-site at client premises.
