Job Description

Overview

We are looking for a sharp and logical individual to support our clients on day-to-day ERP and business process activities. This role will be based at client premises and involves guiding data entry operators, ensuring smooth data flow, and escalating issues when needed.

Responsibilities

Assist and guide data entry operators in using ERP systems correctly.
Ensure accuracy of data entry and adherence to business process rules.
Act as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions or issues.
Identify recurring mistakes and help operators understand the logic behind processes.
Escalate complex technical issues to our IT consultancy team.
Prepare simple reports and summaries using Excel.

Requirements

Good knowledge of
MS Excel
(basic formulas, pivots, reports).
Logical thinker with the ability to explain steps clearly to others.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
1–2 years of experience in data operations, ERP support, or business process roles (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
Comfortable working on-site at client premises.
