Role Description We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer - Angular/React for a full-time, remote position at SkylineBiz Private Limited. This role involves working independently on an individual project, requiring expertise in front-end web development, software development, and advanced JavaScript proficiency. The developer will: Build and maintain high-quality front-end applications using Angular and React frameworks, adapting to project-specific requirements. Implement advanced UX technical practices, including lazy loading , and virtual loading . Seamlessly switch between Angular and React based on project needs. Integrate with back-end web development systems to ensure smooth functionality. Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively to deliver robust solutions. Note : There will be no formal interview . Candidates will be required to complete a small to medium-sized task (expected to take 2-3 days) to demonstrate their skills. A brief call with the Director will follow to finalize the selection process. Applicants must be prepared to complete this task independently. Qualifications 3-4 years of experience in front-end development and software development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript , with hands-on experience in Angular and React frameworks. Expertise in front-end development techniques, including lazy loading , async-await , virtual loading, infinite scroll, etc. Familiarity with back-end web development integrations. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills . Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Stable Fiber Internet connection (4G/5G mobile connections are not acceptable). No degree required —we value practical skills and proven work over formal education. Must Haves Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges. Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely with minimal supervision. Stable Fiber Internet connection to ensure seamless collaboration and productivity. Salary 6-8 LPA (6-8 Lakhs Per Annum), based on experience and skill set.
