Job Description


1. Educational Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Additional certification in data entry, typing, or computer applications is preferred


2. Technical Skills:

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40–50 WPM)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word)
  • Experience with data entry software or CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, SAGE, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of database systems or spreadsheets


3. Experience:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in data entry or administrative tasks (for mid-level roles)
  • Freshers can also apply for entry-level positions


4. Language & Communication:

  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
  • Basic communication skills for coordination with team members or supervisors


5. Organizational & Time Management Skills:

  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Capable of handling large volumes of data with consistency


6. Work Ethics:

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team


8. Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
