Data Entry Operator

Work Description

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s databases, spreadsheets, and record management systems. This role requires high attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, along with the ability to manage large volumes of information in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data from source documents into designated systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Update, correct, and maintain existing records as needed.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Organize and store documents for easy retrieval.
• Generate and update reports based on data entries.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain and clarify information.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for data entry tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
• Maintain atleast 25 WPM typing speed with accuracy .
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for coordination with team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in G - Sheet data entry.

Work Environment:

• Office-based or remote, depending on company policy.
• May require working extended hours during high-volume periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
