The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our company's database and systems. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage and organize large amounts of information. **Key Responsibilities:** - Enter and update data in various systems and databases accurately and efficiently. - Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of data. - Organize and file records appropriately for easy access. - Assist with generating reports and data analysis as needed. - Communicate with team members and management to clarify data requirements and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Manage time effectively and meet deadlines for data entry tasks. - Perform other administrative tasks as required. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred. - Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role. - Strong typing skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with database management or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
