Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Operator to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain client records in internal systems and immigration databases with a high degree of accuracy.
• Review and verify client documentation to ensure completeness and compliance prior to submission.
• Maintain and organise both digital and physical records in accordance with firm policies.
• Prepare and generate reports as required by management and case officers.
• Coordinate with consultants and case managers to support efficient application processing.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards when handling client information.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
• Prior experience in immigration, legal, or compliance-related fields will be considered an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
