Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating jewelry inventory details, sales transactions, customer records, and product specifications in company databases or ERP systems. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of jewelry items, including weight, purity, gemstone details, pricing, and design specifications. Ensuring the quality control of data to make sure all entries are accurate, error-free, and consistent with company standards will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately input and update jewelry inventory details, sales transactions, customer records, and product specifications in company databases or ERP systems - Maintain detailed records of jewelry items, including weight, purity, gemstone details, pricing, and design specifications - Ensure all data entered is accurate, free of errors, and consistent with company standards Qualifications & Skills: - 1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in the jewelry industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry software, and ERP systems - Familiarity with jewelry-related terms and inventory management processes - Strong typing speed with high accuracy - Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines - Good communication and teamwork skills Please note that the job type is Full-time, Permanent.
