Your primary responsibility will involve accurately inputting and updating jewelry inventory details, sales transactions, customer records, and product specifications into company databases or ERP systems. It is essential to maintain detailed records of jewelry items, including weight, purity, gemstone details, pricing, and design specifications. Your role will also include ensuring the quality control of data by verifying accuracy, error-free entries, and consistency with company standards. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-3 years of experience in data entry, preferably within the jewelry industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data entry software, and ERP systems is crucial. Familiarity with jewelry-related terms and inventory management processes will be advantageous. A strong typing speed with high accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential. You should be capable of working efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines, and have good communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
