Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate and efficient data entry and management within the sales department. This role requires strong MS Word skills for creating and maintaining various sales-related documents and ensuring data integrity in the company's systems.

Responsibilities:

· Accurately input, update, and maintain sales data in company systems and databases.

· Utilize MS Word to create, format, and edit sales reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

· Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

· Organize and manage data files and documents for easy retrieval.

· Follow data entry protocols and maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

· Prepare and format sales reports, presentations, and other documents in MS Word.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed within the sales department.

· Collaborate with sales team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

· Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.

· Meet established deadlines for data entry and report generation.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role.

· Proficiency in MS Word (including advanced formatting and document creation features).

· Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with sales processes and terminology is a plus.

· Basic understanding of data management principles.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
