Job Description

Primary Responsibility: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and provide administrative support to management and technical teams.

Key Duties:

  • Manage office communications (emails, phone calls, scheduling).
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software licenses, and office supplies.
  • Organize meetings, client visits, and internal events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (internet, hardware, etc.).
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain petty cash records.
  • Support management in documentation, compliance, and project coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and office discipline.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of basic HR/admin processes.
  • Problem-solving attitude with ability to handle day-to-day office challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
