Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter accounting and legal data into spreadsheets, databases, and relevant software
Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents for efficient retrieval and record-keeping
Maintain up-to-date and accessible filing systems for all accounting and legal records
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and assist with document retrieval for audits or reference
Collaborate with accounts and legal teams to support documentation requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum education: 12th Standard Certificate; Diploma or degree preferred
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel), scanning, and basic computer applications
Prior experience in data entry or document management is a plus
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Physically challenged (disabled) candidates strongly encouraged
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
