Data Entry Coordinator I (Ad Intel Analyst)

Company Description

• Monitoring Australian television channels for advertisements, coding all required advertisements into the Nielsen database using the Mediapad and A4 applications.
• This is a full time position working five shifts a week across a seven day rotating roster. Shifts are Monday-Sunday 12am-9am IST
  

Qualifications

• Processing television broadcast using Mediapad in a timely and accurate manner.
• Loading and processing supplied raw station logs and matching log data to available broadcast vision
• Entering advertisements into the company’s database, adding meta-data such as brand, product and a creative description of the advertisement.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Processing and delivering all required data to daily, early morning strict deadlines.
• Maintain the integrity of the operations department by following company policies and procedures; notifying the manager of any issues that may harm the collection of accurate data.
• Assisting in other areas of the operations department as required
• Fulfilling any other tasks as requested by the manager

• Media background, either professionally or academically, is desirable
