Data Entry Associate

Immediate requirement for Data entry - Associate (Freshers can also apply)

• Ability to communicate well with peers (Basic communication skills Oral & Written)
• Ability to quickly identify challenges and bubble them up all the way to the top management (if and when necessary) and provides solutions as opposed to problems
• Holds self to highest levels of professional code of conduct, ethics and values, presenting true information at all times
• Will always strive to deliver a consistent output
• Typing skills at the expected level (minimum 27 30 words per minute)
• Able to review and understand project specifications (like Manuals, Special Instructions etc)
• Able to stick to the processes and the protocols defined (example: new benchmarks, new process, new software, new technology, another scope projects etc) then and there
• Getting things clarified always in case of any ambiguities.
• Zeal to learn and acquire skills
• Should have the capacity to identify unique / repeated set of documents within a batch and follow proper escalation methods to confirm coding treatment
• Zeal to learn and acquire skills
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
• Must be able to understand the general subject, since he/she has undergone effective training
• Basic subject wise, technical (MS Office) & analytical skills are expected
• Freshers can also apply
• Rotational Shift (Including Night shift)
