Data Entry Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our media platform by accurately entering, updating, and managing data related to content, advertisements, reports, and internal records. The ideal candidate should be fast, accurate, and comfortable working with digital tools and media-related data.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data related to media content, advertisements, schedules, and reports

Maintain accurate records in internal databases and spreadsheets

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Organize digital files, documents, and content metadata

Coordinate with editorial, production, and operations teams for data requirements

Generate basic reports as required by management

Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data policies

Perform regular data backups and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Graduation (any stream)

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred)

Good typing speed with high accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) / Google Sheets

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is an added advantage

Attention to detail and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a media, digital, or content-based organization

Basic understanding of media terminology and workflows

Ability to handle bulk data efficiently

Working Conditions

Office-based / Hybrid / Remote (as applicable)

Flexible shifts may be required depending on content schedules

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
