Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of data & Software engineers, building, testing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and advanced analytics solutions. This role requires a strong technical foundation in big data technologies, data modeling, software engineering, along with proven leadership in delivering end-to-end data solutions that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale data pipelines and systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic programs, operational initiatives, and new product development.
• Ensure solutions align with API-First and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles.
• Provide thought leadership and expert consultation to senior management on data strategy and innovation.
• Oversee the creation of architecture diagrams, design documentation, and project planning artifacts.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all engineering initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in building and managing large-scale data pipelines using tools like SQL, PySpark, Flink and Apache Spark.
• Strong command of data modeling concepts, architecture design, and project planning.
• Experience with AZURE and modern data stack tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in multi-functional project teams and consulting environments.

Mandatory Skills:
