Job Description

Key Result Areas and Activities:

ETL/ELT Solutions Development: Design, develop, and deploy ETL/ELT solutions both on-premise and in the cloud.
Data Transformation: Perform data transformation using stored procedures to ensure data is accurately processed and formatted.
Report Development: Develop comprehensive reports using tools like MicroStrategy and Power BI to support business decision-making.
Documentation and Data Management: Create and maintain detailed documentation for data pipelines, configurations, and processes, ensuring data quality and integrity through effective management practices.
Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines, and troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues promptly.

Essential Skills

Good experience in Talend Suit (Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud,.)

Good experience in Snowflake & Stored Procedures

Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data modelling.

Experience with data quality frameworks, monitoring tools, and job scheduling.

Knowledge of data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, and Parquet.

Agile methodology & tools like JIRA

Good To Have

Good experience in MicroStrategy and PowerBI

Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shell scripting

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and cloud data services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in Talend
