, you will not just move data; you will architect the

Medallion Framework

(Staging → Intermediate → Marts) to power high-stakes descriptive and predictive analytics.

🛠️ Technical Command Center

We are looking for a specialist proficient in the

Modern Data Stack

Core Platform: Snowflake (Warehouse Sizing, Query Profiling, RBAC, Snowpipe).
Transformation: dbt (Modular SQL, Testing, Macros) OR Matillion-DPC (Highly Preferred).
Legacy Integration: SSIS (Migration of logic to Cloud).
Languages: Expert-level SQL & Python (Automation & Transformation).
Cloud Ecosystem: Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, or GCS.
Orchestration: Airflow, dbt Cloud, or Azure Data Factory.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

End-to-End ELT: Design scalable pipelines from diverse sources (APIs, Cloud Storage, RDBMS) into Snowflake.
Performance Engineering: Optimize Snowflake costs through clustering, materialization, and efficient SQL design.
Consulting & Demos: Lead technical discussions and demos for onshore/offshore clients.
DevOps DNA: Maintain well-documented, version-controlled code using Git and CI/CD workflows.
Data Integrity: Implement rigorous dbt tests and documentation to ensure high-quality data assets.

📋 Candidate Blueprint

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or Data Engineering.
Stack Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Snowflake and dbt/Matillion.
Communication: Elite verbal and written skills (Non-negotiable for client-facing work).
Preferred: Snowflake SnowPro or dbt Certified Developer certifications.
