Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Python/PySpark to join our team at Bay Area Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5y years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Python/PySpark.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale data systems and architectures.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Optimize data processing workflows for performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data engineering projects.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with PySpark is required.
Knowledge of big data technologies and tools is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed.
