ETL / Data Engineer (FP&A Focus)

About The Role

We’re looking for a

Data Engineer / ETL Specialist with FP&A experience

to design and manage data pipelines that integrate ERP, CRM, and financial systems into FP&A platforms like Vena. You’ll help finance teams get accurate, reliable, and analysis-ready data.Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines from ERP, CRM, GL, HR, APIs, and flat files.
  • Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot financial data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders on implementations.
  • Document and standardize ETL processes for repeatable use.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in ETL / data engineering.
  • Strong SQL and relational database skills.
  • Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, or Vena Data Modeler).
  • Knowledge of FP&A and financial data structures (GL, budgets, forecasts).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • FP&A platform experience (Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment).
  • ERP knowledge (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Deltek, QuickBooks).
  • Familiarity with APIs, JSON, XML, Excel integrations.
  • Consulting / professional services background.
