About The Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system design, architecture, and implementation.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and production issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, helping to elevate the team's overall skill set.
• Stay informed about new technologies and industry trends, particularly in AI for development productivity, and apply them to improve our products and processes.
  

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in software design, architecture, and development.
• Proficiency in foundational programming languages, specifically C, C++, and Java.
• Experience with design patterns and software engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in leveraging AI for productivity in development is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in software architecture or related domains are preferred.
