IT Administrator Specialist

Role

As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions

to our organization's software and hardware systems and ensuring smooth operation of

the company's IT infrastructure. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement

and maintain software, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage network security.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the company's software and hardware systems

• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain software

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to software and hardware systems

• Manage network security, including firewalls and VPNs

• Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal functionality

• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT operations

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• 7-8 years of experience in IT support and operations

• Strong technical knowledge of software and hardware systems

• Experience in network security and firewalls

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Experience with Google, Outlook, Microsoft, Email Clients, Adobe, etc

• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience in software product company is preferred
