We’re looking for reliable contributors to support a data collection project across 43 locales/countries. The task involves collecting publicly available unfilled or empty forms (in PDF format) from official or organizational websites across various sectors.

Sectors Include

  • Medical: registration, consent, billing, assessment, prescription, etc.
  • Education: enrollment, admission, feedback, consent, scholarship, etc.
  • Finance: statements, invoices, applications, corporate, or payment forms.
  • Tax: local/national tax forms (e.g., 1040, W-2, etc.).
  • Travel: booking, visa, authorization, feedback, or itinerary forms.
  • Retail: purchase order, vendor survey, invoice, or account forms.
  • Vehicle: license, registration, insurance, inspection, or ownership forms.

Project Details

  • Locales: 43 (you can work on a specific assigned country)
  • Format: PDF (unfilled, or sample forms)
  • Sources: Publicly available online (no private or copyrighted content)
  • Compensation: Paid per valid/accepted form collected (details upon onboarding)
  • Start Date: Immediate
