Skills Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange Server environments Monitoring and maintainance of Exchange servers and email services Implementation of security best practices and policies to protect the email environment Management of backup and disaster recovery processes for Exchange data Troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to email delivery, server performance, and security Planning and execution of Exchange server upgrades, patches, and migrations Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and solutions. Collaboration with other IT teams to support and integrate enteprise applications Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Exchange Server technologies and best practices Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Exchange Server administration Proficience in Microsoft Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019 and related technologies Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP,IMAP,POP3) and related technologies Experience with server hardware, network, and storage solutions Knowledge of PowerShell scipting for automation and management Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Additional Skills Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Exchange Server (2016/2019) or similar.
