We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You will share knowledge and help train less technical staff on the best practices related to all service owner issues You will contribute towards building a great team by getting involved in the Amazon hiring process/candidate interviews

A day in the life

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment)
