Strategic Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and data needs. Translate these into actionable data products and maintain a strategic data products and services roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison and single point of contact (SPOC) between the data team and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Provide key updates, manage data literacy initiatives, training, and documentation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring data-driven decision-making across teams. Manage end-to-end data projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Project Management:
- Lead requirement gathering, project planning, and prioritization. Manage deliverable timelines for data-related projects, from initial planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and concise information to stakeholders about ongoing projects, prioritization metrics, and upcoming priorities.
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Implement feedback mechanisms to refine and enhance data strategies and reporting methods, enabling co-creation with business stakeholders.

Agile Delivery:
- Implement and promote agile methodologies (Scrum/Nexus) within the team to enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and efficient deliveries on the product backlog.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and timely delivery of projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members can quickly adapt to changes and deliver incremental value.

Technical Expertise:
- Proficient in DevOps practices to streamline development and operations processes, managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Knowledge of SQL, AWS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, MS Fabric, PowerBI, Tableau, and UI/UX for data products.

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP, Product Owner, or Scrum Master certifications preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering data and analytics products and services, having worked as a Delivery Manager, Business Intelligence Lead, Data Engineering Lead, or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Data Governance principles, enterprise architecture principles, and data management strategies.
- Strong cross functional team management, project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
