Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise data platforms including

  data lakes

  ,

  data warehouses

  real-time data pipelines

• Define and manage

  enterprise data models

  , ensuring consistency and reusability across systems and business domains.
• Implement and maintain

  Master Data Management (MDM)

  frameworks to ensure unified and accurate business data.
• Integrate and optimize diverse

  telecom data sources

  such as OSS, BSS, network telemetry, CDR, and subscriber data.
• Establish and enforce

  data governance

  ,

  metadata management

  , and

  data security

  frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with

  GDPR

  TRAI

  , and other regulatory standards related to data privacy, protection, and retention.
• Collaborate with

  product, engineering, analytics, and security teams

  to align data architecture with strategic business objectives.
• Evaluate, select, and recommend

  distributed database technologies

  to support high-volume, low-latency use cases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015 years of experience in

  data architecture

  ,

  data engineering

  , or related domains.
• Proven expertise in

  enterprise data modeling

  and

  MDM implementation

  .
• Strong understanding of

  telecom data ecosystems

  including OSS/BSS, network telemetry, CDR, and subscriber data.
• Experience designing and deploying

  data lakes

  data warehouses

  on cloud platforms (

  AWS

  ,

  GCP

  , or

  Azure

  ).
• Knowledge of

  real-time streaming architectures

  (e.g., Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming).
• Proficiency with

  distributed databases

  such as Cassandra, HBase, Bigtable, or Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with

  data governance

  ,

  metadata management

  , and

  data lineage tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  data security and compliance

  frameworks (GDPR, TRAI, ISO 27001).
