About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our analytics function and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of analysts, define our data strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that shape business outcomes.
What You ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, guiding them on projects,career growth, and performance.
Develop and execute the company s data analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Oversee the analysis of large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify business trends.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Design and implement reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key insights to senior management and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain standards for data collection, processing, and analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics, recommending enhancements to tools, processes, and methodologies.
Act as a strategic advisor to department heads and executives, delivering insights that directly influence decision-making and business growth.
Who You Are:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master s preferred).
10+ years of experience in data analytics and data management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g.,Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proven experience in team management, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong business acumen and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making across an organization.
