Data Analytics Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end reporting: define metrics, build dashboards, and automate recurring reports.
• Analyze website, marketing, and funnel performance using

  Google Analytics

  , translating insights into growth strategies.
• Design scalable

  Tableau dashboards

  for leadership, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Write efficient

  SQL

  queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources.
• Partner with business teams for

  ad-hoc analyses

  , cohort insights,

  A/B test readouts

  , and ROI analyses.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and documentation (KPIs, data dictionaries, report cadence).
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in

  Analytics/BI

  with proven ownership of business reporting.
• Expertise in

  Google Analytics (GA4)

  ,

  Tableau

  , and

  SQL

  (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning).
• Strong understanding of marketing and product metrics acquisition, activation, retention, CAC, LTV, attribution basics.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into measurable KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses.

Good to Have:

• Experience with

  data pipelines/ETL

  (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow/Flow equivalents).

• Python (pandas)

  for analysis and automation.
• Knowledge of

  A/B testing design

  and statistical inference.
• Experience aligning reporting with

  CRM tools

  like Salesforce, MoEngage, HubSpot, or Zoho.
