As a Data Analytics Expert, your role involves analyzing complex datasets from DBT platforms to derive actionable insights, develop comprehensive reports, and build interactive dashboards. You play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of Family/Household Wellness Index frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and interpret large-scale data from DBT platforms to uncover trends and insights. - Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. - Translate analytical findings into clear, concise visualizations and presentations. - Contribute to the design and enhancement of the Family/Household Wellness Index. - Automate data processing and reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). - Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in public sector or development-focused projects. - Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing). - Fluency in Assamese preferable.
