As a Data Analytics Expert at our company, you will be tasked with analyzing complex datasets from DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) platforms to derive actionable insights, develop comprehensive reports, and build interactive dashboards. Your role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting the development of Family/Household Wellness Index frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and interpret large-scale data from DBT platforms to uncover trends and insights. - Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Python. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. - Translate analytical findings into clear, concise visualizations and presentations. - Contribute to the design and enhancement of the Family/Household Wellness Index. - Automate data processing and reporting workflows for efficiency and scalability. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA). - Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the public sector or development-focused projects. - Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing). - Fluency in Assamese is preferable.,
