Role Overview: At Asite, we are seeking Data Analysts to contribute to our B2B SaaS product team. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams to extract insights from user behavior, guide product decisions, and drive business growth. Your role will involve analyzing data, developing reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving processes. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze user behavior, product usage, and funnel metrics to derive insights and recommendations. - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs across product, revenue, and customer lifecycle metrics. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Research Analysts, and Engineers to define and measure feature success. - Assist marketing and sales teams by providing data on customer segmentation, campaign performance, and lead quality. - Work with Customer Success to identify churn risks, upsell opportunities, and enhance onboarding processes. - Design and implement A/B tests to guide product iterations. - Automate data pipelines and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency and scalability. - Play a proactive role in continuously enhancing the processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science). - 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS or tech environment. - Proficiency in SQL and data analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). - Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus. - Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (e.g., MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, ARR). - Excellent communication skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce. - Experience working in agile product teams, managing multiple tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong teamwork skills with a can-do attitude.
