Analytical Thinking Capable of identifying patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights through data review. 4. Consistency & Reliability Delivers repeatable, accurate reports on time with a focus on clarity and trustworthiness. 5. Effective Communication Able to clearly document issues, escalate data queries, and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders. 6. Process-Oriented Approach Follows structured methods for cleansing, validating, and organizing data for reporting. Technical Skills 1. Advanced Excel Skills Proficient with functions, pivot tables, and automation using Macros and VBA . 2. Power BI DAX & Data Modeling Able to design robust, interactive reports using Power BI , including calculated fields and relationships. 3. Ad Hoc Analysis & Reporting Comfortable responding to custom data requests and delivering clear summaries or dashboards. 4. Data Cleansing & Validation Experienced in identifying incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate data, and resolving through follow-up or rules-based logic. 5. Basic SQL Familiarity Understands how to interpret and construct simple queries or collaborate with database teams.
