Machine knowledge on Extrusion process and Printing Technology Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes. Enable the achievement of production targets through effective production planning & control Drive on-time delivery w.r.t timelines agreed upon with the Sales team Responsible for machine planning for the plant operations Ensure effective utilization of the machines Responsible for manpower planning - ensuring optimum availability of contract manpower and efficient allocation of on roll manpower Responsible for authorization of vendors for sub contracted work Monitor production efficiency and submit rejection reports to management Responsible for handling customer complaints due to delayed delivery from a production standpoint, to offer solutions Plan and control stocks by forecasting incoming production and liaising with Sales team for early dispatches Responsible for MIS - tracking data and publishing dashboards Role & responsibilities Technical Skills : Proficiency with specific packaging machinery Knowledge of different packaging materials (e.g., film types, laminates, pouches, Mono layer & Multi-layer, VCI packaging , Protective Packaging) Understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
