Data Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reconciliation:

  Analyze large datasets and perform data reconciliation using tools such as

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  SQL

  to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• ERP Implementation Support:

  Assist in the data migration and validation processes as part of a major ERP implementation, ensuring that data is correctly transferred from legacy systems to SAP.

• Collaborative Work:

  Work closely with global teams (including technical teams, project managers, and business users) to identify and resolve data-related issues.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Document findings, track issues, and provide regular updates on data-related activities and reconciliation progress.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Identify areas for process improvements in data handling, reporting, and reconciliation, recommending best practices to enhance the overall implementation process.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Data Analysis:

  Proven experience in data analysis and reconciliation, especially using

  Microsoft Excel

  and

  SQL

  .

• Insurance Industry Expertise (Preferred):

  Prior experience working in the

  insurance industry

  is a strong plus.

• ERP Implementation Exposure:

  Experience with

  SAP implementations

  or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different regions.

• Global Collaboration:

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with

  global teams

• Detail-Oriented:

  Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or anomalies in large datasets.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills:

  Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros), SQL (queries, joins, data manipulation)

  Ability to analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.

• Team Collaboration:

  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, both remotely and in-person.

  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science
