Job Description

Mine and analyse datato identify patterns and correlations among the various data points. Perform end-to-endanalysis across all digital touchpoints, including data gathering from largeand complex data sets, data processing, and analysis. Conduct in-depthanalysis of user behaviour, customer journeys and other relevant metrics tounderstand the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas forimprovement. Present findings fromanalytics and research and make recommendations to business teams. Requirements Must Have... 3-5 years ofexperience working in the field of analytics, reporting out metrics and deepdive analytics. Strong proficiencywith Advanced SQL (Windows Functions, DML, DDL Commands, CTES, Sub Queries,etc)for data analysis and building end to end data pipelines. Ability to writecomplex queries and understanding of database concepts. Strong analyticalproblem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning quickly. Expert in dataanalysis and presentation skills. Exceptionalcommunication and collaboration skills Critical Thinking andability to think beyond the obvious Nice to have... Experience in webanalytics and tools like (Adobe Omniture, Google analytics etc) Experience withprogramming languages like Python & Unix Shell for data pipeline automationand analysis. Knowledge ofstatistics concepts and Machine learning algorithms like regression, clusteringetc. Education Bachelor withPost-Graduation in Management Science and related fields. 2-4 years of relevantexperience in analytics organizations of large corporates or in consultingcompanies in analytics roles.
