Job Description

As an Audit Specialist/Data Analyst, your role involves overseeing and optimizing operational processes and procedures. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and compliance gaps. Your duties and responsibilities include: - Conducting audits of internal operational processes to identify improvement areas and compliance gaps. - Developing audit plans, checklists, and procedures for systematic evaluations. - Analyzing audit findings, preparing detailed reports, and presenting recommendations for process optimization. - Ensuring data accuracy in internal systems through audits and error corrections. - Implementing corrective actions to mitigate operational risks and enhance compliance. - Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and ensuring timely resolution. - Staying updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards for compliance. - Providing training to staff on operational procedures, compliance, and audit processes. - Reviewing and refining audit methodologies and tools for effectiveness. Qualifications/Skills & Knowledge Requirements: - Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends. - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting. - Proficiency in using audit tools, software, and MS Office applications. - Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. - Strong communication skills to convey audit findings effectively. - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Problem-solving skills to address audit findings and improve operational effectiveness. - High integrity and ethical standards to uphold confidentiality and professionalism. - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and experience in the temporary staffing industry is preferred. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you should be able to sit for extended periods, engage in fine motor skills, and have good vision for computer work and documentation reading.,
