Key Responsibilities

• Data Manipulation:

  Extract, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Advanced Reporting:

  Design and maintain automated dashboards and reports using

  Pivot Tables

  and

  Pivot Charts

  to track KPIs.

• Complex Modeling:

  Utilize advanced formulasincluding

  VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and XLOOKUP

  —to merge datasets and perform deep-dive analysis.

• Data Visualization:

  Translate complex findings into easy-to-interpret visual formats for stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify opportunities to automate manual data entry tasks and improve reporting efficiency using Excel macros or Power Query.

• Quality Assurance:

  Perform regular audits of data to ensure "one version of the truth" across all departmental reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert Excel Proficiency:

  This is a core requirement. You must be comfortable with:

• Lookup Functions:

  Seamlessly pulling data across different sheets and workbooks ($VLOOKUP$, $HLOOKUP$).

• Summarization:

  Building dynamic

  Pivot Tables

  with calculated fields and groupings.
