Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret structured and semi-structured healthcare datasets
Develop rule-based logic and predictive models for process optimization and error detection
Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL and Python
Collaborate with business, operations, and quality teams to define KPIs and reporting structures
Prepare data validation frameworks and ensure data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications:

Worked at least 2+ years as associate data analyst or similar in healthcare industry
Experience in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience in SQL Queries and DB handling
Solid knowledge of python, SQL, power BI, and Excel.
