Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Reporting Suites:

    Design, build, and maintain standardized and customized reporting frameworks aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Standardize Reporting Formats:

    Define consistent metrics, data sources, and visualization styles across brands to ensure uniformity and clarity.
  • Customize Reports:

    Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tailored reports that facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Establish Reporting Infrastructure:

    Implement and manage tools and platforms that enable self-service reporting and easy data access.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy:

    Develop robust validation and quality assurance processes to maintain data integrity across all reports.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and IT teams to streamline data inputs and reporting workflows.
  • User Support & Training:

    Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to users for effective utilization of reporting tools.
  • Monitor & Optimize Performance:

    Track report usage and user feedback to continuously enhance report quality and relevance.
  • Upgrade Reporting Tools:

    Identify opportunities and implement improvements in reporting platforms and technologies.
  • Client Reporting Standards:

    Create standardized, visually impactful reports that capture key metrics consistently across all brands.
  • Drive Innovation:

    Encourage new ideas, explore advanced visualization techniques, and adopt emerging technologies to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    Translate complex data sets into actionable insights supporting strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure Compliance:

    Align all reporting practices with ISO standards and health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and managing reporting suites, preferably within a multi-brand or agency environment.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • Strong proficiency in VBA debugging, ETL processes, statistical analysis, and data validation.
  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, governance principles, and data quality management practices.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering accurate, timely reports in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
