Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, your role involves analyzing data to discover trends, patterns, and relationships. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of automated reports and designing controlled experiments to optimize new opportunities across business channels. Your key responsibilities include: - Identifying best-performing customer segments for precise targeting methods - Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to facilitate decision-making - Monitoring performance trends and evaluating opportunities - Establishing instrumentation and reporting standards cross-functionally - Creating actionable dashboards and reports - Reviewing data quality and providing guidance to data providers - Handling ad hoc data requests - Staying updated on industry tools and competitor marketing strategies - Managing scheduled and ad hoc reports on new customer counts, marketing triggers impact, and product performance - Analyzing results and identifying performance improvement opportunities Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a quantitative field - Experience with Tableau; Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred - Experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift is a plus - High proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail - Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment - Capability to work independently and collaboratively towards common goals This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic and challenging environment, where your analytical skills will play a crucial role in driving business decisions.,
