Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders (product, operations, risk, leadership) to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.
Design, build, and maintain automated MIS dashboards/reports to support operations and decision-making.
Use Python, SQL, and Excel (advanced level) to extract, transform, and analyze data and automate reporting workflows.
Resolve stakeholder queries, perform root-cause analysis, and provide data-backed recommendations.
Co-ordinate with operations teams to understand pain points, optimize processes via automation, and ensure data integrity.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with engineering/data teams for delivery.
Perform ad hoc analyses, forecasting, scenario modeling, and present findings to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Above average Python skills scripting, data manipulation, and automation.
Strong SQL — complex queries, joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
Dashboarding skill sets like Tableau, Power BI etc
Advanced Excel — pivot tables, formulas, and visualization.
Excellent business analysis and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and derive insights.
• Exposure to financial operations or lending workflows is a plus.
