Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-driven Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Tableau to join our team. The role involves analyzing sales data, generating actionable insights, and helping drive strategic decisions through effective data visualization and reporting. You will play a key role in optimizing sales performance and supporting revenue growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize sales KPIs and performance metrics. Develop and manage advanced Excel models for forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory performance. Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide meaningful insights. Track and report on sales targets, quotas, and individual/team performance metrics. Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data through regular audits and data validation. Provide adhoc reports and analysis to support campaigns, sales strategies, and business reviews. Core Competencies: Microsoft Excel (Advanced level: Import Range, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, macros) Tableau (Dashboard creation, data blending, calculated fields, performance optimization) Business acumen, especially in sales operations Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or sales analyst role. Proven expertise in Excel and Tableau. Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus. Experience working with CRM platforms (Leadsquared) Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B/B2C sales analytics.
