Data Analyst - Employee Research

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning the complete lifecycle of small-scale engagement surveys, managing multiple client projects simultaneously, and eventually working independently on projects. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients globally to deliver high-quality employee engagement products. Additionally, you will be creating and testing online questionnaires on multiple survey tools, coordinating survey distribution, conducting quality checks on data, and assisting in the preparation of detailed presentations based on survey results. Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete lifecycle of small-scale engagement surveys - Manage multiple client projects simultaneously - Work independently on projects when required - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients globally - Create and test online questionnaires on multiple survey tools - Coordinate distribution of surveys and ensure system set-up correctness - Conduct quality checks on data for accuracy - Assist in preparing detailed presentations based on survey results Qualification Required: Need to have: - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Hands-on expertise in MS-Excel including functions like H-lookup, V-lookup, Pivot-tables, etc. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good to have: - Experience in preparing and conducting surveys - Experience in employee engagement initiatives - Knowledge of domestic/foreign languages - Familiarity with survey tools like Qualtrics - Knowledge of platforms like Qlik and Sawtooth - Ability to program in R & Python - Advanced MS-Excel knowledge - Experience in data analysis with large/complex datasets - Experience in project management or working in a projectile environment Additional Company Details: The client promotes collaboration and aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where all individuals can maximize their full potential.
