Job Description

A Data Analyst with 4 to 5 years of experience transforming raw data into actionable campaign insights typically plays a critical role in enabling organizations
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire, cleanse, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure data integrity for analysis and reporting.
  • Perform end-to-end data analysis on campaign performance, user behaviour, and other key business areas to uncover trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to campaign managers, marketers, and leadership teams to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Build and automate data pipelines for efficient and scalable data processing and reporting.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and management teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with all organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and KPIs, providing timely reports and interpretations of campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

  • 4-5 years experience in analytical roles focused on campaign or marketing data, preferably in a digital marketing or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis and scripting languages.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of campaign analytics, customer journey data, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience in automating reporting processes and presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments and APIs is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills Certification in analytics or data visualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and CRM systems. Experience working in industries with large consumer data sets (eg, retail, media, e-commerce)
