Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team at Novartis Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., with a focus on Digital Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track key performance indicators and metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital finance solutions that drive business growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Develop and present data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, economics, and statistics.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or programming languages like Python or R.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Experience with digital finance platforms and technologies is an asset.
